Use any of the scanning hot keys above to jump to the section you desire, then use the Enter key to resume playback at the new location.

The Control+Shift+T command will toggle the speaking of cursor-location, and make scanning easier to navigate during this process.

Note for selecting audio

After a section of the file has been selected, pressing either the Enter key, or the Spacebar, will play the selected portion. The cursor will not be effected, and you can use this
feature repeatedly while making changes to your selection.
However, if you press Shift+Space (for Play All), the selected area will be moved to the beginning of the file. Also, pressing the Enter key before the selected portion has completed playback, will cause the selection to end at that point. Simply use the Spacebar to ensure that the selection remains unchanged while starting or stopping playback.

Alt+Shift+T, will speak the total length of the selected area.
Control+Alt+T, will speak the beginning and end points of the selected area.
Use either the Right or Left arrow keys to clear the selection, and start again.
